Belle's amazing journey has taken her to some world she never understood existed. Much previously mentioned the land, hidden through the clouds, can be a city built solely outside of balloons. Once more, I added a little bit of sticky tack into the back of each colored circle after which handed it about for the preschooler :)The purpose of Balloon
